The frequency of your workouts depends on your fitness goals and current fitness level. We recommend at least 3-4 workouts per week for optimal results.


Yes, all of our personal trainers are certified by nationally recognised organisations. They have the knowledge and expertise to help you achieve your fitness goals.


Yes, all of our personal trainers are insured and covered to train you at a location of your choice. 


It depends on the severity of the injury. We recommend consulting with your doctor before starting any exercise program. If cleared, our personal trainers can modify your workouts to accommodate your injury.


One of our qualified trainers will guide you through a custom workout set to the achieve your goals.  


Yes, the trainer you partner up with will ask lifestyle questions. They do this so they can get a full understanding of how they can help you reach your goals effectively. All the information you give is confidential and remains between the client and the trainer.


This will all depend on what goal you have. The trainer you partner with can give you a realistic time frame for the goal you want to achieve.


This would be agreed with your Personal Trainer. Some people need to have a check in more regular than others. We would expect there to be a brief check in during every session with your trainer. 


We advise a minimum age of 16 years. This is because at a younger age, your body is still developing and growing. You would have to disclose this information with your Personal Trainer ahead of your first session. 


The price of a Personal Training session would depend on the PT, their skillset, length of time of the session, amongst many other factors. It is at the discretion of the PT, not Trainerfy, for the price they charge the client and this may vary across customers. 


We would advise agreeing a fee upfront before commencing sessions so you are aware of what you'll be receiving in return.


Yes, you can bring a friend if you want. This will give you the confidence when first starting with a trainer. Be sure to clear this with your PT know in advance and note additional charges may apply for every additional person added to the session.


You don't always need a gym membership. We offer online sessions for people that want to train at home. However, some gyms may require a membership for you work with the trainer you want to. 


So please bear this in mind before booking. Be sure to agree on the location of the sessions in advance too.


We recommend having some food at least 2 hours beforehand, so you don't feel light-headed when training. Also, a well-rested nights sleep would help!


Based in Guernsey for in-person sessions, Trainerfy also offers virtual PT, classes, and programmes—open to everyone, no matter where you are.
